The dollar remained broadly higher against the other major currencies on Thursday, despite the release of disappointing U.S. jobless claims data as investors turned their attention to former FBI Director James Comey’s testimony to a Senate committee.

Mr. Comey began his testimony by saying that, while he understood he “could be fired by a president for any reason or no reason at all,” he was confused and concerned by the White House’s shifting explanations of his firing. EUR/USD slid 0.33% to 1.1218 after the European Central Bank cuts its forecast for inflation this year to 1.5%, down from 1.7% in March. The forecast came after the central bank left interest rates unchanged in a widely expected move. In the U.S., the Department of Labor said initial jobless claims in the week ending June 3 decreased by 10,000 to 245,000 from the previous week’s total of 255,000. Analysts expected jobless claims to fall by 15,000 to 240,000 last week. GBP/USD fell 0.28% to 1.2923. Polls on the eve of the U.K. election indicated that Prime Minister Theresa May will win the vote and increase her parliamentary majority. USD/JPY gained 0.34% to 110.19, while USD/CHF rose 0.25% to trade at 0.9679. The Australian dollar was lower, with AUD/USD down 0.11% at 0.7543, while NZD/USD gained 0.29% to 0.7217. The Australian Bureau of Statistics earlier reported that the trade surplus narrowed to A$0.555 billion in April from A$3.169 billion in March, whose figure was revised from a previously estimated surplus of A$3.107 billion. Analysts had expected the trade surplus to narrow to A$1.950 billion in April. A separate report showed that China’s exports rose by an annualized rate of 8.7% in May, exceeding expectations for a 7.0% climb, while imports jumped 14.8%, blowing past projections for an increase of 8.5%. China is Australia’s biggest export partner. Meanwhile, USD/CAD held steady at 1.3501. The U.S. dollar index, which measures the greenback’s strength against a trade-weighted basket of six major currencies, was up 0.32% at 96.98, the highest since June 2.

Been using Single Bet Calculator for the best part of a year, mostly late at night on the sofa, so this is just my two pence. Stumbled on it through a Reddit thread, not an ad.

The slots side is pretty big — around 2,500 games if the counter is honest. Play’n GO is everywhere, so Book of Dead and the rest of the greatest hits are present and correct. Personally I mainly play Betsoft games because the volatility suits me. One gripe — Single Bet Calculator’s search bar is genuinely poor, you often have to scroll.

Live section is almost entirely Evolution, so you know what you’re getting. Real croupiers, no lag issues on my broadband, and the game shows like Crazy Time is rammed on a Friday. Fair to note the British side is well covered in the evenings. If you’re weighing up the promos I’d have a nose over on Single Bet Calculator instead of trusting a random forum post.

Bonus-wise on Single Bet Calculator is 100% up to ?200 plus 100 free spins. Rollover is 35x nothing special but not predatory. I also got a ?5 no deposit token when I registered. Min deposit is ?10, registration was quick, KYC took a day.

Payouts have been fine. Visa and Mastercard are the slow ones, Skrill and Neteller hit in a few hours, and crypto clears fastest. Took out about ?250 recently no silly document requests. Support at Single Bet Calculator answered in about four minutes — copy-paste at first but fine after. They’re UKGC licensed, so at least there’s a complaints route. There’s no app on the Play Store, the browser version does the job.

Been using Single Bet Calculator since the spring, mostly late at night on the sofa, so make of that what you will. Came across it through a Reddit thread, not an ad.

The game selection is genuinely huge — roughly 4,000 titles according to the filter counts. NetEnt stuff dominates, so Gates of Olympus and the rest of the greatest hits are all there. I mostly stick to Betsoft games because the volatility suits me. One gripe — the search function on Single Bet Calculator is a bit rubbish, you often have to scroll.

The live dealer bit is almost entirely Evolution, so you know what you’re getting. Actual dealers, the stream holds up on 4G, and Crazy Time is where I lose most of my money, honestly. Worth saying the UK tables are properly staffed from about 6pm onwards. Before you deposit anything I’d have a nose at https://dvdesalvo.com/double-bet-calculator-what-you-need-to-know rather than taking my word for it.

Bonus-wise from Single Bet Calculator came as a 100% match to ?150 with 50 spins. Playthrough sits at 40x nothing special but not predatory. I also got a small no deposit thing when I registered. Minimum is a tenner, registration was quick, ID check was same-day.

Withdrawals have been fine. Visa and Mastercard take 2-3 days, e-wallets came through in under 12 hours, and Bitcoin clears fastest. Took out about ?250 recently with no drama. Support at Single Bet Calculator was on me within five minutes — human, not a bot script. Properly licensed for UK players, which is the bit I actually check. No standalone app, just the mobile site.
